Homesick is an event chain that will happen a year after an empire with the Broken Shackles origin surveys the homeworld of one of its starting species.

Homesick

In casting off our shackles, we took the first step towards becoming a people. However, after returning to our former home world that sense of shared purpose has begun to wane.

Popular media is awash with highly romanticized depictions of the 'simple life' enjoyed on our former home world before the arrival of Minamar Specialized Industries. Many have already returned.

If we are not careful, this could have a seriously destabilizing effect on our society.
